a.Short Term ≤2 Hours
Such as the Burgers and Sanwiches:the beef ,chicken,veggie or fishi burgers food moderately juicy,please use the grease-resistant liners for extra-Juice paties.
b.Dry,Firm,Fired food
The Chicken Tenders,nuggets,fired Shrimp,baked fries,onion rings,or tater tots ,please drained well then to put into the box.
c.Baked Food:
Muffins,cookies and pastries the non greasy food can be put directly ,but for the bread rolls,buns Need to separeated from wet ingredients.
d.Salads (Dressing on side)
Grain bowls,pasta salad or chopped veggies ,separeated from the wet ingredients.

3.Bagasse boxes never used for storage :
